What happens after every review sync
New reviews sync on your schedule, AI reads and groups the newest ones, and your alert rules run. Replies and forecasts wait for you. Here is each step, in order.
- Review sync
- Daily, at times you set
- Or whenever you choose sync now
- Analysis time
- Depends on the batch
- Each run reads a batch of your newest reviews
- Alert rules
- Checked after each sync
- And again when an analysis finishes
- Stores
- App Store and Google Play
- More stores are on the roadmap
From new review to action
What starts after every sync, side by side, and what waits for you.
-
Sync new reviews
Tritonium pulls new reviews from App Store Connect and Google Play on the schedule you set for each app.
-
Read and group them
When a sync brings new reviews, AI reads them in batches and groups what people say into topics, sentiment, technical issues with a severity, and feature requests. Sentiment is read for each topic and overall. A single review's sentiment, and the filters and rules that use it, follow its star rating unless the review carries its own label.
-
Check your alert rules
Rules are checked after sync. Verify matching alerts and event workflows in configured destinations.
-
What waits for you
Review and approve reply drafts, then publish them through a supported connection or from the store console. Forecasts 7–90 days ahead are estimates; their accuracy is not measured yet.
Why there is no single speed number
How long an analysis takes depends on how many reviews arrived and how long they are. One figure would be right for some apps and wrong for others, so Tritonium does not publish one.
5,000 AI analyses a month per app are included One analysis is one review read by AI, or one AI-written result such as a reply draft Review syncing is unlimited
Follow your own reviews through each step
Connect an App Store or Google Play app to see its new reviews synced, grouped by AI and checked against your alert rules.
