Tritonium is an AI-powered app review intelligence platform that helps mobile teams predict ratings, detect issues, and respond at scale.
Tritonium is designed for B2C mobile app teams: product managers, customer support, and engineering teams who want to stay ahead of user feedback.
App Store and Google Play are live today. Steam, Amazon Appstore, Samsung Galaxy Store, Tencent MyApp, and additional stores are roadmap connectors.
Tritonium supports multilingual review workflows with automatic language detection, translation, and sentiment analysis for the locales currently enabled in the product.
We use simple per-app pricing at $19.99/app/month. Additional team members are $9.99/month each.
Yes. Your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial with full platform access. You add a card when you sign up, and it isn't charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Not today. There's no separate enterprise plan: every workspace is on the same per-app plan, so you pay only for the apps and team members you add. If you manage many apps or need specific contract terms, email support@tritonium.com and we'll talk it through.
Each forecast shows a likely range and a confidence score. Accuracy depends on how much review history an app has and how consistent it is.
Tritonium syncs each app's new reviews once a day by default. On a paid plan you can set up to four sync times a day, and you can choose Sync now at any time. AI analysis starts after each sync and runs in the background, and larger batches take longer.
Tritonium drafts each reply from the review itself and your app's details, in the reviewer's language. A draft never invents contact details: it can mention only your workspace support email, if you've added one, or an address the reviewer wrote in their review. You can also start from a saved reply template. Your team edits and approves every reply before it's published.
Live integrations: Slack, Linear, Discord, and custom webhooks. Jira Cloud is coming soon. Asana, Zendesk, and additional destinations are roadmap integrations. Sending to Microsoft Teams is not available yet.
Most integrations can be set up in minutes through our dashboard with OAuth or API key authentication.
We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2 or later in transit, and follow security best practices.
Tritonium does not have a completed SOC 2 report today. Our Security page describes how we protect your data, and you can email support@tritonium.com with any security question.
